They sparked romance rumours after 'going home together' after meeting at a Gold Coast nightclub last weekend.

But on Sunday, MAFS' Jessika Power denied she was in a romantic relationship with upcoming Bachelorette star Matt Whyatt.

Taking to Instagram stories, she wrote: 'Just to clear up some of the articles that have come out this weekend speculating that I have a romantic relationship with Matt - he and I are friends and share the same mutual friend groups.'

She added: 'We all enjoy catching up for a drink and a laugh so any other rumours of us dating right now are false and misleading. Hope you've all had a beautiful weekend.'

Jessika's denial comes one week after the pair 'spent the night' together shortly after hooking up in a Gold Coast nightclub.

In a series of now-deleted Instagram posts, the pair kissed each other and downed drinks at Wahoo's Fish Taco bar.

Jessika also live streamed portions of the wild night on Instagram, and at one point publicly FaceTimed with Bachelor villain Monique Morley.

During the stream, Matt flirted with Monique and told her that she was the most attractive contestant on her season of The Bachelor, before promising to meet up with her on Bachelor In Paradise.

Instead of being upset by his flirtatious display, a bleary-eyed Jess giggled before turning the stream off.

The blonde bombshell later streamed again, chatting to a gushing fan while Matt and a mate drank and made crude gestures in the background.

Motocross rider Harry Bink, who performs in Nitro Circus with Matt, commented: 'No you didn’t,' along with a string of laughing emojis.

'Oh... I did,' Jessika cheekily replied, followed by a kissing emoji.
