Actress Pia Miranda is one of the strongest players on Australian Survivor.

But on Monday, the 46-year-old revealed she struggled with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after filming the show.

Speaking to New Weekly magazine, Pia said it took a long time for her to adjust to the outside world after her stint in Fiji.

'I honestly felt like I had a bit of PTSD,' the Looking for Alibrandi star said.

She explained that she thought her own family was plotting against her. 

'It took me a long time to relax — I thought everyone was plotting against me.'
