The controversial reality star said that she had been paying close attention to fans' comments - even the negative ones - and 'took [the criticism] on board'.

'I have been trying to become a better person from this. I am quite young, as we've all heard all season,' she added with a laugh.

Abbie described the finale, in which she was brutally dumped by Matt Agnew, as 'rough to watch', and admitted she had 'been crying a fair bit'.

She confessed that she's also been suffering from 'stress acne' for the past few months, as she grappled with the show's aftermath.

In an interview with News.com.au on Friday, Abbie sensationally claimed she didn't remember being dumped by Matt because she had 'blacked out'.

She claimed to have no recollection of storming off and telling producers: 'Get me the f**k away from him. I want to go home.'

'I don't remember saying that,' she said, before acknowledging that she did remember having a meltdown after returning to her hotel.
