Former Bachelor stars Rachael Gouvignon and tiffany scanlon have revealed some shocking secrets about the dating franchise on their new podcast, Keep It Real.
Rachael, who came fourth on Richie Strahan's season of The Bachelor in 2016, said the handsome tradesman was 'robotic' and acted like a different person when the cameras were rolling.
The 35-year-old had expecting Richie to be 'confident and natural' on camera because of his experience filming The Bachelorette with Sam Frost, but the reality was very different.

'At times I felt like I was talking to a robot and he wasn't himself,' she said.
'He was talking for the camera, it was all for the camera,' she added. 'Then when the cameras were off, oh my gosh, he was a different person.
'That's where I grew my connection, off camera. He was just himself, like his shoulders would relax and he'd breathe.'

Rachael said she was surprised that even after two-and-a-half months of filming everyday, Richie still 'wasn't in the moment' when they were together.
Tiffany, who appeared on the same season of The Bachelor, backed up Rachael's assessment of Richie's behaviour.
'I thought that he was being told what to say,' said Tiffany. 'I always thought that it was really scripted.'
