And now Kyle Sandilands has discussed how ditching junk food, cutting out alcohol and halting drug use has helped to save his life, in a candid interview with The Daily Telegraph.
The candid 48-year-old - who previously opened up about his past addiction to cocaine - admitted: 'Now, if I did one line, I'd be dead in five seconds'.
