Sunrise presenter Edwina Bartholomew is in a race against time to finish renovating her $1.6 million heritage home in Sydney before giving birth in December.
After purchasing the property in Dulwich Hill several years ago with husband Neil Varcoe, the 36-year-old is now in the final stages of the lengthy project.
'If the baby comes early, we will not be ready,' the pregnant star joked to The Daily Telegraph on Saturday while discussing the 1870s inner-west terrace.

Edwina continued: 'We are having a baby in two months and still have no doors or windows. The house is actually a heritage item and bricks are protected.'
The star has teamed up with architect and interior designer Felicity Slattery from Studio Esteta, and builder WynnBuild for the project.
Throughout the renovation, Edwina has been sharing progress pictures to Instagram.
