Ciarran Stott made a dramatic exit from The Bachelorette on Thursday.
And the 25-year-old has revealed that he cannot watch back his final moments with Angie Kent as it leaves him in tears.
Speaking on The Project on Friday, the British reality star admitted: 'It was absolutely awful to leave.

'As you saw last night on the episode, it was very hard to do and I haven't really watched it. I watched a little bit today and it made me tear up again. I'll think I'll stay clear of watching that one.'
Ciarran also revealed that he felt a strong connection with Angie, who called him 'the one' on the show.
'I felt like I was buzzing with her, like we had a good time. I felt like my connection was better than everyone else's that was in there and I was a front-runner so to make the decision to leave it was pretty gut-wrenching,' he said.
