Strictly pro Neil Jones will miss another live show due to a calf injury, one week after Kevin Clifton stepped in to replace him at the last minute.
The ballroom sensation, 37, who is paired with former footballer Alex Scott, announced the devastating news on It Takes Two on Friday, one day before the pair were set to dance the American Smooth on Saturday's live show.
This year marks the first series Neil has been paired with a celebrity, having been a fixture of the group dances in previous years- with the star looking crestfallen as he broke the news with a consoling Alex, 34, by his side.

Tragic: Strictly pro Neil Jones will miss another live show due to an knee injury, one week after Kevin Clifton stepped in to replace him at the last minute
During his It Takes Two appearance, Neil broke the tragic news that he was not going to be dancing with Alex on Saturday, and Kevin would once again be filling in for him.
He told host Zoe Ball: 'I've tried but it's just not ready yet if I rest it this weekend, you nail the dance, go through then I'll be ready for you on Monday morning.'
Explaining the story behind his injury Neil added: 'It was during that movement, normally the gun was coming out and I thought the gun has hit me on the back of my leg and I looked and it was just the muscle, it just went.
'I've ripped muscles before but it wasn't painful. It was just a weird feeling that's all it takes.'
Neil then confirmed that Kevin would once again be standing in for him on Saturday, and this week he'd had more time to learn the challenging routine.
Alex also said: 'It has been a strange week, going back to ballroom I'm nervous anyway, my partner I'm used to him it's really different dancing with someone else, but Kev came in Wednesday evening.'
The former England Lioness then said to Zoe that while she is nervous about dancing with another partner again, she has to put things into perspective, after fellow contestant Will Bayley was forced to withdraw from the show on Wednesday.
She told Zoe: 'The dance is just so fun it's putting it into perspective, I could sit and moan about what happened and poor Will doesn't even get to dance ,at least I get to go out and dance.'
Neil added: 'It is hard and it's such a great dance as I'm watching I'm smiling all the way through, I'm just happy she is there. She just needs to keep doing what she's doing and she'll be fine.'
As Kevin was unable to appear on It Takes Two, viewers saw a pre-recorded chat with Gethin Jones as he prepares to take to the floor with Alex on Saturday.
Joking that it would be his only path to the final, the pro said: 'I'll do anything to make the final won't I! I'm obviously gutted for Neil I hope he's on the mend it looks like he's getting better and better if I can get Alex through next week.
'She has got such a brilliant mentality. She's been fantastic in training. I just want to say to her just go out and enjoy it, we've put all the technique in, now just go out and have a great time.'
Last week Kevin came to the rescue after Neil injured himself moments before the live show began.
2018 Strictly champion Kevin, who was eliminated in week three alongside Anneka Rice, learned the routine in just 45 minutes.
Neil had sparked fears he had not fully recovered from his injury as he was seen holding onto crutches while out in London earlier on Friday.
Missed out: Neil was forced to pull out of last week's Halloween special, which meant his partner Alex took to the dancefloor with pro dancer Kevin Clifton instead
Although he was seen with a crutch, Neil wasn't relying on the support, walking unaided on the outing.
The dancer has also been using a crutch in rehearsals, with a clip shown on Wednesday's It Takes Two showing Neil talking through the routine whilst he rested.
He had kept quiet on whether he'll need a stand-in again this week, instead tweeting on Tuesday: 'Yes I can’t wait this week myself @AlexScott will be dancing American Smooth to “Ain’t no mountain high enough” I just need to hurry up and recover'.
On Sunday, Neil quick to shut down a follower who accused him of being overly dramatic by not letting the show go on with a mere 'calf injury'.
A fan tweeted: '@Mr_NJones disappointing to learn that it was just a tight calf muscle which stopped you dancing. With physio, being a pro I would have expected you to
