The rebuilding of his $9.8 million (AUD) Malibu home, which was destroyed by the fires in November last year, is starting to take shape.
But according to Saturday's The Daily Telegraph, Liam Hemsworth is also embarking on a home project next door to brother Chris' mega-mansion in Byron Bay, Australia.
The 29-year-old, who split from wife Miley Cyrus in August, is said to be looking at moving into a 35-hectare property in Broken Head.

The Daily Telegraph understands the property was bought by the Hemsworth's family company CHLH Management in a deal last week, for $4.25 million (AUD).
While Chris, 36, is listed as director, the company name suggests Liam also has a shared interest.
Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Liam's representatives for comment.
