My Kitchen Rules star Pete Evans has revealed he 'broke down uncontrollably' during day one of his luxurious getaway in Costa Rica.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the 46-year-old TV presenter spoke of the highly emotional breathing exercises practice he did on day one of the visit.
The Channel Seven star is staying at Rythmia, which is favoured by celebrities including Home and Away's Orpheus Pledger and Didier Cohen.

'Day one at Rythmia here at Costa Rica and orientation day and pretty much the first session we just had a breathing session.'
The star went on to talk about how he had 'big realisations' and 'different ways of looking at the world' during the session.
'In that practice I broke down, pretty much uncontrollably. I cried about four or five times. And this is day one. I have six more days to go.'

Pete went on to say that he will soon practice movement exercises, with him also starting 'plant ceremony sessions' soon.
