Shannon Noll has been dealing with 'chronic back pain' for many years.
And during an appearance on Ten's Sunday Project, to promote his latest song, he was left 'embarrassed' as he told the show's panel and the studio audience how it happened.
When co-host Tommy Little asked if the injury was caused by trauma or wear and tear, the Australian Idol runner-up was laughed at when he answered the question.

'So embarrassing too, people go: 'What happened to your back?' and I went 'I did it on Dancing With The Stars,'' the 44-year-old said.
'I never had a good back anyway, just some bad posture... it blew out properly on Dancing With The Stars,' he added.
