Iggy Azalea's bizarre new music video for her new single Lola premiered on Youtube, on Friday.
The Australian-born rapper collaborated with English pop singer Alice Chater for the new track and video.
The clip is set in an insane asylum called Celestial Heights and begins with three older women dressed as nurses giving Iggy and Alice their medication.

After taking their pills, Alice and Iggy's tongues become extended and the room changes red and green colour scheme with bold art on the walls.
Iggy, in a yellow tulle dress, dances as the nurses, in leopard print uniforms, watch her.
They then move into different scenes throughout the clip - a hallway adorned with artwork and a Japanese-inspired room.
