The upcoming Stargirl series, which is slated to debut in the second quarter of 2020 on the WarnerMedia streaming service DC Universe, has also found a network home as well.

The CW announced Thursday that Stargirl will now have an exclusive linear window, airing new episodes on the network one day after they debut on DC Universe.

New episodes will also be available to stream digitally on The CW's free digital platforms, following its broadcast on the network.

Under the network's new digital strategy, fans will be able to stream Stargirl from the start of the season, at any point in the season, on CWTV.com, or The CW app, with no login or subscription required.

Once the first season has fully aired, the full season will be readily available to binge on The CW digital platforms.

While no premiere date has been confirmed, the streaming service will release new episodes weekly, instead of the 'binge-watching' model used by and others.
