Former Big Brother star Skye Wheatley and her boyfriend, Lachlan Waugh, made a big profit on the recent sale of their Gold Coast home.
The couple sold their Coomera property on November 1 for $605,000, after Lachlan had purchased the empty plot of land for $250,000 in 2016 and built the house from the ground up.
Skye, 25, and Lachlan, 28, are now living in a nearby mansion they bought for $975,000 in August.

Following the quick Coomera build in 2017, Lachlan installed a pool and decking in 2018 as a finishing touch, adding even more value to their investment.
During their two years living there, the couple turned the place into a very enviable home.
Inside the spacious property, Skye created a room dedicated solely to her career as a social media influencer.
The home was described as 'beautiful and sophisticated' by agents Ray White.
