She has played the role of Tori Morgan on Home and Away since 2016.
But Penny McNamee has revealed she almost quit the show earlier this year, after taking time off following the birth of her second child, Neve.
She told TV Week on Monday: 'I don't think I felt ready [to go back]... I really enjoyed my six months' maternity leave and would have probably happily done it for another six.'

She added: 'But having a fantastic job and knowing how hard the producers and the writers worked to keep Tori on screen played on my mind.'
