As Kimberley Walsh mused: 'I think what they're doing at the moment, and the idea to have her [Nicole] as the front girl, and the girls behind - it works.

'It does work and I do think they've had a good album. But they have killed it a bit.'

But when asked if their success is down to Nicole's vocal talents, Cheryl didn't hold back, saying: 'I don't know, you never get the chance to hear anybody else so you just assume she is.

'Apart from that girl that really annoys me, that goes "yehhh" all the time, you never really hear anybody else.'
