Bachelor In Paradise 'villain' Bill Goldsmith has lashed out at his fellow reality stars for not having a 'proper job'.  

Taking to Instagram on Saturday, the 32-year-old online influencer shared a bizarre rant which began: 'To all you fake a**e reality TV stars! Instead of trying to sell stories and information to the media, why don't you get a proper job?'

He continued: 'I mean where's the job satisfaction in all that dishonest bulls**t? 'Reality TV' isn't a career, like your going to put that on your resume are you?'

Despite being a reality TV star himself, Bill added: 'Haha. Grow up, work hard, head down a**e up and make something of yourself. 

'Stop trying to be relevant, you are all the flavour of the month and when the next lot come through, no one cares about you anymore,' he went on. 

He concluded: 'That industry is run on lies and egotistic bulls**t.'
