Love Island's Alexandra Cane confirms she's now a SIZE 6 after two stone ...

She has shocked fans by unveiling her new slimmed-down figure and announced she'd lost a whopping two stone in just three months.

And, speaking exclusively to MailOnline, Alexandra Cane confirmed she's now a size 6 and revealed she's had to throw out her entire wardrobe because her clothes clothes are 'literally hanging off' her 5'7' frame.

The Love Island star, 28, who has just released her own fitness and well-being app, Alexandra's Happy Body Plan, insisted the changes are 'internal as well', revealing she no longer suffers with anxiety or panic attacks thanks to her new lifestyle.

Alexandra said: 'I'm a size 6. I'm an extra small in all clothes, which is crazy because I've had to throw out every single item in my wardrobe.

'I'm gonna do giveaways on Instagram and stuff for my followers because it might as well go to a good home and get wear out of it. Now I've got to go and get myself a completely new wardrobe.

'Luckily it's been winter so I've been able to get away with wearing my baggy jumpers and things. But all my clothes don't fit me anymore. They're literally hanging off me.

'So I'm gonna get a whole new wardrobe. I still have my bum and my hips. My size can fluctuate but generally now I'm a size 6.'

Alexandra's app Happy Body Plan aims to help other people reach their body goals and feel happier in their own skin. 

The workouts, which were devised by 'Transformation Guru' Aaron Phillips, are a mixture of high intensity exercises and muscle toning resistance moves.

'The app I've launched is gonna be 10 minute routines. It's really important to highlight that 80% of it is diet.

'It's the nutrition side of it that I want people to understand. It's really fun and not restrictive at all. Exercise doesn't have to be a massive role in it,' explained Alexandra.

Quizzed on the specific diet and training which resulted in her dramatic weight-loss, Alexandra admitted: 'I've been training a little bit more than that [10 minutes per day] but it is mainly diet. 

When it comes to Alexandra's food plan, which is also available on the app, she turned to nutritionist Amanda Ursell. 

She explained: 'You're not cutting out any food groups. It's not a keto diet, it's not a paleo diet. You're still allowed crisps, carbohydrates, chocolate, all of that.

'It's just understanding calories in, calories out. Calories, portion control and how much you eat.

'It's absolutely been about calories. If you want to lose weight you have to be in a calorie deficit.'

She insisted: 'I don't want to talk about it because everyone is different and I don't want them to feel like they have to eat what I'm eating, because it varies for height, weight, age, so I think it's unfair to put that out.

'The same as the weight thing. Obviously I've dropped two stone and gone down to 9 stone but what might be healthy for my body might not be healthy for someone who's 6ft4. It's all relative to each individual. 

'So it wouldn't be fair to say 'this is what I've been doing' because everyone has different body compositions.'

'For me, I started off restricting my drinking a little bit and then because I wasn't going to those places as much and going on nights out and things like that, I did find that my alcohol intake was less.

'Although I still have had a drink here and there, I haven't completely cut it out my diet.

'Also with chocolate, I have been able to eat what I want over Christmas and indulge. You can still enjoy the things you want to enjoy.'
