It seems one of Lizzo's new year's resolutions was to reduce the amount of drama from her life, and she took a big step on Monday by taking a break from Twitter.
The 31-year-old Minneapolis-based singer took to social media on Monday, announcing she's done with the micro-blogging platform for now, but still hinting that she may be back in the future.
'Yeah I can’t do this Twitter s**t no more.. too many Trolls... I’ll be back when I feel like it,' said the singer, real name Melissa Viviane Jefferson.

The Truth Hurts songstress has 1.4 million followers on Twitter, with her tweet getting 4.2K retweets and 147.8K likes since she posted it on Sunday night.
While she hasn't completely deactivated her account yet, her Sunday night message seems to be the last fans will be hearing for the indefinite future.
The vocalist/flutist still has an active Instagram account, with over 7.3 million followers.
Before announcing her departure, she called out all of her Trolls in a post.
