She famously claimed that she had 'no connection' to Australia despite being born and raised Down Under. 

But Iggy Azalea, 29, has since changed her tune, revealing on n Tuesday that she's raised over $100,000 to donate to Australian bushfire fighting efforts. 

Mullumbimby-raised rapper made the announcement on Twitter while responding to an American fan who claimed Australia isn't the USA's problem and that Australian stars like Iggy should ' do something to help'.

The fan wrote: 'Honestly the Australian Fires is sadand I hope they recover, but the fact that ppl are mad at @kendallJenner for just commenting emojis and not helping is stupid.'

'We're in America, we need to focus on America. Iggy Azalea is Australian, she can do something to help,' they added. 

Iggy quickly hit back: 'I've raised over 10,000 already to help,' adding: 'And climate change is everyone's problem. You sound so ignorant'.
