Her husband Amir Khan was caught up in quite the storm over the recent festive season, when he hit back at who criticised him for celebrating Christmas. 

But Faryal Makhdoom appeared keen to put the fallout behind her this week, when she posed for a fresh set of snaps for popular retailer PrettyLittleThing.

The pregnant social media sensation, 28, gave a glimpse of her blossoming baby bump as she posed in a white bodysuit with a high neckline.

Giving her look a winter theme, the raven-haired teamed her top with a grey quilted jacket, black beanie hat and a pair of brown jogging bottoms.

Highlighting her good looks with a generous serving of impeccably applied makeup, the New York native struck a series of poses for the promo shots. 

Days earlier, she was seen cradling her bump as she gushed about seeing her family in New York over the festive period.

Faryal put on an effortlessly chic display in a black shirt that she tucked into a pair of grey jogging bottoms, while she wrapped up warm in a blue plaid jacket.

Completing the comfy ensemble, the stepped out in a pair of black-and-white Vans trainers, and kept her to a minimum.   

Faryal's posts comes after her husband Amir defended a photo of him and his family enjoying the festive period in front of a Christmas tree, which sparked criticism from online .

The former boxing world champion was flooded with vile abuse from who claimed that as a Muslim, shouldn't be acknowledging Christmas.

Amir, 33, had shared an Instagram snap of him, his wife Farya and two children, Lamaisah, five, and Alayna, 20 months, wearing matching pyjamas in front of a beautifully decorated tree. 

He wrote in a caption on the image: 'Happy holidays from mine to yours. Enjoy the festive season'. 

But when criticised him for getting into the festive spirit, Amir wrote on Twitter: 'So shocked by all the hate I’m getting on my Twitter & instagram for wishing everyone Merry Christmas and posting a picture with my family in Christmas outfits.

'Just want to tell those people "I don’t give a f**k"'.
