The Bachelor's , 30, has admitted she feels guilty enjoying herself while Australia's devastating bushfires continue to ravage the country. 

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the reality star reflected on the bushfires, which have killed at least 25 people and destroyed six million hectares of land, writing: 'Who's feeing the 'bushfire guilt? 'I’m hearing it everywhere, I’m feeling it in myself.'

'Feelings are layered with contradictions, and it’s hard to know if it’s ‘right’ to enjoy ourselves, have fun, talk about things that aren’t related to the terror in Australia,' the glamour mode continued.

Megan insisted that, while people shouldn't ignore the crisis unfolding across the nation, there's no shame in feeling bad about enjoying life either. 

'I just want to put a little note out there - that you are allowed the feel happiness, too. We need joy and happiness and love, too, even if it’s mixed with grief,' she wrote.
