She's been healing from her recent split from boyfriend of just over a year, Channing Tatum.

And Jessie J shared a cryptic Instagram message about 'being committed to what's best for your heart' as she uploaded reflective quotes from The Awakening Light's account on Tuesday.

The topic of growth and change seemed to resonate with the British musician, 31, as she captioned the post with the words: 'YES YES'.

The messages read: 'Be so f****** committed to what's best for your heart that you'[re willing to sit through the most uncomfortable pain or growth and change, that you refuse to accept anything less than complete love and alignment.'

'Let's heal so we can stop accidentally hurting people we want to love because we are projecting our own wounds on to them.'

It is unclear whether Jessie was making a reference to her actor ex, 39, but she ensured she offered some mental wellness advice to her social media followers after dealing with the pain from her break-up.
