Sporting legend Billy Brownless has been blasted by fans following a controversial comment made on women in sport.
The retired AFL star said he 'still doesn't know if girls should play footy' during a candid conversation with Erin Barnett on Wednesday's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! causing fans, and even host Julia Morris, to react.
As the Love Island star asked his opinion on females in footy, the 52-year-old replied: 'I’m not sure. I don’t know if they’re built to play footy. Not being sexist or anything.'

He continued: 'The other thing with girls... they get hurt and they haven’t been taught how to protect themselves properly.'
'They run in and, bang, do a collarbone,' he said.
After the clip aired, the camera switched to host Julia - who moaned while face down on a desk.
She then dramatically raised her head, before exclaiming: 'Oh my God, I mean. Is it Jurassic Park that I’m listening to? Come, come into the now, baby!'
