And New Zealand-born model Georgia Fowler has revealed how she acheives her angelic figure, despite suffering a back injury last year. 

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, the 27-year-old shared a slew of videos of her high intensity workout.

Training alongside British model Megan Williams, 26, in New York, Georgia went through a huge range of cardio and weight-based exercises. 

First, she worked on lateral shuffle ball 'slams', which focused on her core and doubled as a 'stress reliever'. 

Getting down on the floor, Georgia used dumbbells to elevate her arm work, while strapping a resistance band on her legs.
