Looking every inch the leading lady, Karen turned heads in her eye-catching flapper-style dress, which she teamed with a matching pair of pointed gold heels, which featured a quirky diamante detail.

She brushed her auburn tresses into a poker straight style for the event, topping off her look with a cute headband with gem detailing.

Upping the glam, Karen coated her face in a generous palette of make-up complete with a bold red lip.

The Doctor Who star later shed her black jacket, where she showcased her gown in all its glory.
