But on Friday, Dale Thomas admitted that he's been finding it difficult to adjust back to his normal life since returning home from the jungle.
In an interview with the Herald Sun, the sports star, 32, said: 'The fact you come out and try to adapt to not sleeping on a mattress, getting your freedom back, it's such a bizarre experience.'

'Even people contacting you on the phone the first few days is such a spin out,' Dale admitted.
He went on to say that he 'hasn't adjusted to normal life' and he's body clock is 'still on South African time.'
