The mother-of-three told her yoga instructor Tahl in the video that while she would love to train six days a week, she fits in at least two sessions.
'[With the] busy life we have with the kids and everything, it's good to focus and do something that [makes you] stop for a little bit,' Elsa explained.
'The practice is really good for stretching your muscles, and I think after you just work out so much it's a good thing to combine it with.'
In the video for Vogue, Elsa and Tahl perform two yoga sequences in the outdoors, beginning with a sun salutation series.
The pair then take viewers through a more challenging sequence, involving the chair and warrior poses.
