Frankie Bridge is feeling the pressure as the eight celebrities reach the final day of their 100-mile trek for Sports Relief: The Heat Is On challenge.

The Saturday's singer, 31, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a snap of herself kitted out with walking gear as she struggled up a sandy dune, captioning the shot 'just keep walking'.

It comes after the group suffered a set back on Tuesday when Nick Grimshaw had to pull out due to heat exhaustion, and return on Wednesday after being given the medical OK.

Frankie and the team- Karim Zeroual, Krishnan Guru-Murthy, Louise Minchin, Rob Rinder and Samantha Womack - scrambled across the great desert dunes of Namibia on day three of the challenge and will now take on 13 miles of the skeleton coast.

Ahead of the trek, Frankie said: 'I've never been to the desert before and I don't know what I do and don't need. The enormity of the whole thing is just really starting to kick in.

'When I left home I was scared, then really excited cause I was with every one and it was fun.
