Emily Alyn Lind is set to join the Upper East Siders in the upcoming reboot of Gossip Girl.
The 19-year-old actress, who was born in Brooklyn, New York, will play a lead character in the series named Audrey, Deadline reports.
Rising star Emily, who has previously starred in Code Black, The Babysitter and Doctor Sleep, is the first cast member to be confirmed for the reboot.

The HBO Max version of the pop culture phenomenon, which ran from 2007 to 2012, will pick up eight years after the Gossip Girl website went dark.
The original show followed a mysterious blogger who shared the scoop on scandals and heartache among students at an exclusive prep school on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
'A new generation of New York private school teens are introduced to the social surveillance of Gossip Girl,' the new synopsis reads.
