Samuel L. Jackson hit the red carpet with Anthony Mackie and Nia Long at the premiere of their new film The Banker on Monday.

Jackson, 71, Mackie, 41, and Long, 49, were all smiles on the red carpet for the premiere, held at The National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, Tennessee. 

The film hits theaters in limited release on March 6, before it arrives on the Apple TV Plus streaming service March 20.

Jackson rocked a maroon shirt under a black suede coat and dark pants with red sneakers and a maroon hat.

Mackie opted for a blue plaid suit with a black tie and black shoes as he hit the red carpet.

Long wore a full-length black low-cut dress with a black coat draped over her shoulders at the event.

The Banker is based on the true story of Bernard Garrett (Anthony Mackie) who together with Joe Morris (Samuel L. Jackson), two of the first African-American bankers in America.

Both Garrett and Morris purchased banks in Texas to allow African-Americans opportunities to own their own homes and start businesses. 

Due to the Jim Crow laws during the 1950s, they had to get around this by hiring a white man (Nicholas Hoult) to pose as the head of their corporation while they pretended to be a janitor and chauffeur.
