Alison King goes on pub date with fiancé David Stuckley

Coronation Street's Alison King was spotted with her fiancé for the first time as the pair went on a date following her cosy display with co-star Mikey North at the NTAs.

The actress, 46, found herself having to deny reports she had shared a kiss with Mikey, 33, during the boozy awards bash.

But it looks like the star is now putting the drama behind her as she and fiancé David Stuckley, 36, put on a loved-up display on a pub date in the Lake District.

The couple went for a bite to eat at the Charcoal Grill where they were spotted putting up a loved-up display while waiting for their order.

David put his arms around Alison, who was wrapped up for the frosty evening weather in a padded jacket with a faux-fur collar.

The actress also sported a pair of dark turned-up jeans with matching trainers while she styled her brunette locks into a ponytail.

Alison and David then made their way to The Albert pub in Bowness-on-Windermere where they sat in the beer garden and enjoyed a drink.

It comes after the soap star was forced to deny she kissed Mikey during this year's National Television Awards in January.

The statement from Alison came as sources claimed she has 'no recollection' of anything happening during their night out at the annual event.

The insider told The Sun: 'Ali has no recollection of kissing Mikey. She is utterly mortified and points to the fact she could barely walk as her only defence.

'She's apologised to everyone who was there and has blamed it on the booze. She literally couldn't stand up. There's nothing going on with them and no prior history.'

A statement from Alison, provided to MailOnline from a Coronation Street representative read: 'I would like to take this opportunity to say that, whilst it was obvious to see that regrettably I did have too much to drink at the National TV Awards, and chose to leave the event early, I did not kiss my co star Mikey North as has been reported.'

While a statement from Mikey read: 'I would like to make one thing clear: I did not kiss my co-star Alison King during the recent National Television Awards. It is beyond ludicrous to suggest that I would or that I did.
