Celebrity trainer Jono Castano Acero has revealed how YOU can keep in shape in lockdown or self-isolation, amid the coronavirus pandemic. 

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia on Thursday, Jono, 28, said it's as much about mindset as it is about exercise. 

The buff trainer - who works with the likes of Rebel Wilson - said that it's important to move the body for 45 minutes on the regular and to try and be as calm and stress-free as possible while stuck indoors.

Jono said 45 minutes are perfect for keeping fit. 

'That doesn't mean everyday it's about working at maximum capacity,' Jono said.
