David Genat was crowned the winner of Australian Survivor All-Stars' first season on Monday night.

And on Tuesday morning, the 35-year-old model was already flogging his 'Golden God' merchandise on Instagram. 

Later that evening, David appeared on The Project via video link and didn't pass up the opportunity to wear his own T-shirt on national television.

'Are you wearing your own merch, David?' host Carrie Bickmore asked during his interview. 

'I might be!' David replied, before lifting the 'GG' logo to the screen. 

'I'm now in the T-shirt business apparently. So, I couldn't miss this opportunity!' 

David then joked that co-host Peter Helliar was trying to destroy his modelling career by posting an unflattering photo of him to
