Musical stars Drake, The Weeknd, and J. Cole gave an 11-year-old fan named Elijah Patrick Williams cherished memories before his tragic death from cancer, as they all made FaceTime calls to him, his cousin Michael Watson II shared on Instagram Sunday.

Watson took to Instagram with a clip of Elijah, surrounded by loving family and friends in Hampton Virginia, chatting with the performers.

In excerpts from the clips, the beloved boy chat with the The Weeknd, who told him he was 'so honored to be one of [his] favorite artists,' while J. Cole told him, 'It's a pleasure to meet you man, I love you.'

Watson explained the tragic circumstances behind the harrowing series of clips.

'Over the past 3 years, my 11 y.o. cousin, Elijah, has battled cancer with the utmost resilience,' he wrote. 'Elijah's physical fight is now complete, as he transitioned to heaven on Friday.'
