 Wil Anderson recently purchased a $1.9million four-bedroom home on four hectares on land at Goonengerry near Byron Bay.  

The stunning period property looks out on a vista of farm and hinterland, featuring an incredibly spacious pool and gorgeous balcony area to take in the views.  

And the comedian, 46, will be spending plenty of time using the property's facilities, since he moved just as the COVID-19 lockdown came into place, forcing him to go without internet or television access.

The Gruen host revealed the unexpected challenges he and his girlfriend-of-18-years Amy Williamson, faced while moving from Victoria to New South Wales on Triple M Melbourne's Hot Breakfast, which he used to co-host.

'We were meant to be moving house at the end of the [Melbourne] Comedy Festival but that got moved forward,' Wil told hosts Eddie McGuire and Luke Darcy.

He added: '[So] we had to do it during isolation.'
