It's fair to say the nation might be struggling with food cravings as people are stuck indoors during the coronavirus lockdown. 

But mother-of-four, Davinia Taylor, 42, shared incredible before and after weight loss pictures of herself on Instagram on Friday as she gave some tips on how to beat food cravings. 

While she looked beautiful in both images, it's clear to see that Davinia feels more comfortable in her own skin now, sharing a snaps of herself wearing a black bikini.
