Stacey Solomon has revealed she's only been shopping three times in seven weeks as she battles anxiety during the coronavirus lockdown.
Taking to Instagram Stories, the mother-of-three, 30, told fans on Friday she'd finally plucked up the courage to head to the supermarket, and went onto praise key workers keeping the country afloat during the lockdown.
Admitting her home has become has 'safe place,' Stacey also told fans she's going to strive to leave her house more often in the future.

Stacey shared a black and white snap of her boyfriend Joe Swash cradling their son Rex, 11 months, as she shared a candid insight her anxiety struggles.
She wrote: 'I'm off to do our food shop while Joe holds down the fort here. I don't know why but I've really struggled to leave the house and do shop runs and stuff. [sic]
'I've only done it twice since this all began. I get really comfortable at home in my 'safe place' and then feel really anxious to leave.
