Cameron Boyce tragically passed away in July of 2019 from a seizure caused by a preexisting medical condition.

Months prior to his unexpected death, the 20-year-old actor portrayed what would become his final role in the independently financed drama series Paradise City.

And on Friday, the highly anticipated teaser trailer for season one of Paradise City was released to YouTube.

Boyce filmed 'eight 40-minute episodes' for the series that is set to debut sometime in 2020, according to People.   

The Disney Channel alum plays the role of musician Simon Ostergaard, who has dreams of becoming a big time music executive.

Paradise City follows Simon as his life becomes intertwined with that of 'a rockstar  with ties to the occult' by the name of Johnny Faust, played by Andy Biersack.

Familiar faced: The series - which has not yet been picked up by a streaming platform or network - also stars the likes of Bella Thorne and Olivia Culpo

The series - which has not yet been picked up by a streaming platform or network - also stars the likes of  and Olivia Culpo.   

YouTube starlet Amanda Steele, Twilight's Booboo Stewart, The Soprano's Drea De Matteo, Mark Boone, Fairuza Balk, Perrey Reeves, Rys Coiro, Ryan Hurst, and Brooke Lyons all appear in the eight episode drama.
