Donning a camouflage-print jacket complete with a patch featuring the image of Argentine Marxist revolutionary Che Guevara, he accessorised with bandannas.

As he emerged from a large chauffeur-driven vehicle, the Kentucky native appeared to have his hands full, juggling baggage and a camera.

Wearing a pair of tinted glasses, the superstar chatted outside the property before making his way inside the home of the 75-year-old rocker.

Johnny and Keith's relationship goes back several years, as the actor revealed he styled his Pirates Of The Caribbean character Captain Jack Sparrow on the rocker.

Keith would go on to make a cameo appearance as Captain Teague, the father of Captain Jack Sparrow, in Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End in 2007.

With the appearance winning the veteran musician the Best Celebrity Cameo award at the 2007 Spike Horror Awards, Keith reprised his role in Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides in 2011.

Johnny's arrival at the rocker's home comes less than a week after his ex-wife Amber, 34, fought back tears as she delivered an emotional closing statement, following what's been dubbed 'The Trial of the Century'.

She said: 'I travelled to the UK to testify in these proceedings as a witness to assist the Court.

'After obtaining a restraining order in 2016 and finalising our divorce, I wanted to move on with my life. I did not file this lawsuit and, despite its significance, I would have preferred not to be in court.

Amber Heard's statement in full

I travelled here to the UK to testify as a witness to assist the court.

After obtaining a restraining order in 2016 and finalising my divorce, I just wanted to move on with my life. I did not file this lawsuit and, despite its significance, I would have preferred not to be here in court.

It has been incredibly painful to relive the break up of my relationship, have my motives and my truth questioned, and the most traumatic and intimate details of my life with Johnny shared in court and broadcast around the world.

I stand by my testimony and I now place my faith in British justice.

Although I did not bring this lawsuit, I am aware of the precious resources being consumed by his litigation and will be glad to see those resources redirected to more important legal matters delayed by the Covid-19 pandemic.

I appreciate the dedication, the hard work and support of the defence legal team, as well as my UK and US lawyers.

I also wish to extend my thanks to the very diligent and kind court staff and the police, who have been so sensitive in ensuring my safety and protection so that I could testify in safety.

And finally, my heartfelt thanks for the tremendous outpouring of support and the many messages I have received from around the world. You have given me so much strength and I send it back to you.

As Amber turned to go back into court, boos rang out from Depp's supporters who have been outside the High Court in large numbers on the final day of the 16-day hearing.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star received a rapturous welcome upon his arrival this morning and signed autographs as dozens of fans made their presence known, armed with flowers, gifts and banners reading: 'Justice for Johnny' and 'Abuse has no gender. Men can be victims too.'

The end of his sensational libel trial against The Sun newspaper will also have a major impact on another high-profile case the star is bringing against ex-wife in the US.
