She's clearly a believer that good things come to those who wait.
And Lindsey Vonn is indeed waiting for the right time to wed her beloved fiance, pro hockey player PK Subban, as the former Olympian told People Magazine on Friday.
The pair, who've been engaged since August of 2019, are currently in what Lindsey, 35, calls 'a holding pattern' with regard to planning their nuptials – for an all-too-familiar reason.

'We're kind of in a holding pattern right now,' Vonn told the outlet.
'With COVID, it just feels like there's no good option, you know? I don't have a timeline or a plan, we're just kind of going to wait and see.
'Obviously, his family is in Canada, so I can't physically get to Canada and they can't get here,' the star skier added. 'It'll happen eventually, we just don't know when.'

And even though the besotted athletes are obviously excited to get hitched, with Lindsey kneeling for PK, 31, in a cute Christmas re-proposal on Instagram, the couple said they're 'not in a rush'.
