Fiona Falkiner recently revealed that she is expecting her first child with her partner, Hayley Willis.

On Saturday, the 37-year-old revealed intimate details of the process of conceiving the baby. 

In an Instagram post, the former Biggest Loser host shared a photo in which she had her legs raised after a self-insemination attempt.
