Former WAG Nadia Bartel throws her support behind social media campaign aimed at stopping mandatory masks in Melbourne salons

Former WAG Nadia Bartel has thrown her support behind a social media campaign which is against regulations requiring masks to be worn at the therapist. 

Nadia, 35, who is a influencer, shared a post which slammed Third Step restrictions forcing mandatory mask-wearing when the city's salons reopen.   

Melbourne is currently under tough restrictions, with the post arguing any reopening date is 'redundant' unless they can work on customers without masks.

'We don't need a date to reopen, but a date to work, to treat, and financially rebuild,' the post, which had premier Daniel Andrews tagged in it, stated in part. 

Currently, therapists still aren't operating in Melbourne, with barbers and hairdressers only allowed to re-open on Monday. 

The post went on to say that the industry could not successfully rebuild if clinicians were required to wear masks.
