Christine Elise says she's sorry for 'calling Jessica Alba a liar' and is 'embarrassed about [her] part' in the series of stories.
'Apologies to Jessica Alba,' said the 55-year-old actress, who released a statement on her Instagram Thursday making clear she harbors no ill will toward Alba.
'I have never met her but have always admired her work. I am certain she is a lovely woman,' she said.

She said that she was responding to the comments Alba made.
'That does not sound like the set I was on - and, though I was only in a handful of episodes, I wrote for the show & lived with [former boyfriend Jason Priestley] at the time so - had any such culture evolved on that set - I feel certain I would be aware of it,' she said.
