According to The Sun, the latest Companies House statements show that Souki Belair Ltd has just £1,226 in the bank and has debts of £6,666.
The publication also claims that Ferne McCann's fashion brand last made a profit in 2018 - a sum of £2,300 - which can be seen in the latest filings for the Limited Company.
MailOnline has contacted Ferne McCann's representative for comment.
In a recent episode of Ferne's reality show, First Time Mum, she set her sights on Justin Bieber's wife Hailey to be dressed in Souki Belair design.
