Geoffrey Edelsten's ex-wife Gabi Grecko has just debuted a dramatic new look. 

The 31-year-old American rapper posed up for a series of racy selfies on Wednesday and showed off her protruding new pout. 

Gabi told Daily Mail Australia that she had 1ml of lip filler injected into each of her lips, so 2ml into her lips in total, but is waiting for it to dissolve. 

'I have filler, but I don't like it. I'm letting it dissolve,' Gabi said. 

In the images, which were shared on Instagram, Gabi poses up in an orange bikini top and high-waisted trousers and shows off her ample assets. 

She's even dyed her locks pink, red and orange.
