Former Block star Jess Eva has ventured into the Australian bush on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!

But on Tuesday, the Triple M radio host was left mortified after wetting herself during a challenge to rescue camp newcomer Robert 'Dipper' DiPierdomenico.

She shared an IGTV video of herself and former Collingwood star Travis Varcoe trying to retrieve a key from a dark room to unlock footy legend Dipper.

But it wasn't without its challenges, as Jess and Travis had to deal with boxes filled with 'creepy crawlies' and gunshot sounds ringing around the room.

Jess claimed she 'didn't realise' the sound effects were part of the task, and this heightened tension cause her to urinate.

The mother of two admitted on Instagram: 'Okay, I weed myself! Actually not that uncommon after a couple of kids.'
