'Each circuit is 4 rounds: 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off for each exercise.

'First circuit In and out jump squats, high plank, toe taps on slam ball, bicep curl, 30 seconds rest between circuits, second circuit, reverse lunge, squat into overhead press, mountain climbers, bicep dips.' (sic)
