Bindi Irwin has been criticised by cruel Trolls after recreating a maternity photo originally posed for by her parents.

The 22-year-old pregnant wildlife conservationist shared a photo of her husband of 10 months, Chandler Powell, kissing her bare baby belly on Instagram on Friday.

She also included a comparison photo of herself and her late father, Steve Irwin, doing the same when her mother Terri when she pregnant with her brother, Robert.

'Recreating a very special moment. Third trimester love,' she captioned the sweet post, including a red love heart emoji.

But some critics took offence to the innocent photo, and attacked the expectant parents in the comments section.

'Nope. That's just wrong,' wrote one person, while another commented, 'This is becoming sick.'
