She may have wrapped up filming for I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! last month, but Jess Eva hasn't escaped jungle life just yet.

The 48-year-old confirmed on Triple M's Moonman in the Morning on Friday that 'slimy slug creatures' managed to lay eggs inside her ear - and at least one still remains inside her head weeks after leaving camp.

Jess now has to see her doctor for a third time, after initially being told all the bugs had been removed when in fact they'd only recovered their wings.

Jess said: 'I went back yesterday, and my doctor started to syringe my ear again and she started to suck stuff out.

'As she was sucking stuff out, I heard a plop in the bowl, followed by [the doctor] yelling out "Oh my God, what is that!"
